It gives us great pleasure to announce that Emtek Services Ltd have registered the name and product range of Norquip to add to the Emtek portfolio.
Although Emtek have been manufacturing its own range of Scissors lifts and other products since 2003, the decision was made in 2013 to widen our scope of products and services and we have now taken the opportunity to produce a range of products previously branded Norquip which are distributed throughout the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East as well as many other areas of the world such as Asia.
Norquip successfully manufactured from 1991 to 2002 in Norwich and we are delighted after a fourteen year break to have the opportunity once again to offer a Norquip branded product range from Norwich along side our Emtek range of quality products, manufactured by mostly ex Norquip employees.
Many of the earlier Norquip products manufactured from the facilities in Norwich are still actively in service around the world and given years of reliable operation and Emtek Services have been actively supporting these products with regards to spare parts and technical assistance since 2003.
The Emtek range of T,M, and AB series scissors will still be produced which will ensure that if the Norquip L or S series scissorlift product is chosen it will both meet and exceed current legislation and standards.
In offering a Norquip branded product range, Emtek Services now have a new range of products such as Toilet and Water Service Units, Aircraft Passenger Steps, Tow bars, Direct Transfer Vehicles and many more which will be redesigned to bring them up to current legislation and standards as Emtek achieved with its own range of products.
Our initial area of concentration will be the range of Toilet (TSU) and Water (WSU) service units previously supplied by Norquip which are available to order immediately on a range of commercially available chassis’s as well as totally green electric chassis’s with fully towable options.
